Mode of payment for individual registration is online, only through CRM. For

2.Foundations outside India
Payment can be done to the Retreat account. CRM registration will be done
post receipt of payment details. Please send your request to
ayretreat2025kerala@gmail.com for the same.
The screenshot of payment slip along with the participant details (Name, WPH
profile/ phone number) to be sent to the above given mail ID for CRM
registration, preferably on the same day the transaction is done.

Yes. Group Booking is for a minimum of 25 people together. The payment has to be done in bulk to the Retreat account. Please send your request to ayretreat2025kerala@gmail.com for the same. The screenshot of payment slip along with the participant details (Name, WPH profile/ phone number) to be sent to the above given mail ID for CRM registration, preferably on the same day the transaction is done.
The last date for group booking is 30th September 2024.
No, in 2025, the level’s retreat will not be conducted along with South/North
India AY Retreats
As the venue is in the city there are umpteen hotels of all price ranges to stay,
which can be booked online on any travel website.
1 .The nearest Airport: Cochin International Airport – 12.4 km from the
Venue.
2. The nearest railway stations :
Karukutty Railway station – 1.1 km from venue (local trains only).
Towards Cochin
Angamaly Railway station – 6.5 km from venue
Aluva Railway station -18.8 km from venue
Towards Calicut
Chalakudy Railway station – 12 km from venue
Seat numbers will be allotted and an email will be sent to you to your
registered email, 3 days before the start of the retreat. Yes, the seats will be
allotted on a first-come-first-served basis. Upon making the full payment the
seat numbers are allotted.
No, Seat will be reserved only after making at least 50% of the total Retreat
Fee. Opting for Installments will help you to ease your payment and confirm a
place in the retreat before it gets sold out.
All balance payment should be made on or before 31st December 2024.
100 % refund – For cancellations on or before 31st October 2024.
50 % refund – For cancellations on or before 15th December 2024
No refund – For cancellations after 15th December 2024.

Day 3 : 8 am to 6 pm
Meals served will be for:
24th & 25th Jan 2025 – Lunch & Dinner
26th Jan 2025 – Lunch & Hi tea (No Dinner)
Please note : No Breakfast on all 3 days.
No, Ola & Uber are available as the venue is within city limits. However, we will
provide a Travel Desk, at the centre, to assist with your transportation for tours
outside Cochin.
No, there is no child care facility.
I want to sit together with my family/friends. What should I do?
We recommend you to register together at the same time by making full
payment, so you get seats close to each other as possible. Please note, the seats get allotted based on your full payment together around the same time.
